DELIVERY TIMES
- We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about product availability on our website. If a product is out of stock, it won’t be available for purchase in our shop until it is back in stock.
- For in stock products, the following delivery times are applicable:
1-3 DAYS AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, FRANCE, GERMANY, LIECHTENSTEIN, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS
4-6 DAYS REST OF EUROPE
6-14 DAYS WORLDWIDE Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping destination and other factors. We will make every effort to deliver your order as promptly as possible.

SHIPPING FEE*
We offer free shipping for Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands and we offer free shipping for Austria, Denmark, France, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg for orders above € 70. However, for some European countries, the shipping costs may be too high to provide free shipment from the Netherlands. In such cases, the applicable shipping fee will be calculated before checkout, once you have completed your delivery address.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note that the following conditions apply to returns:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
